To promote the developments and creativity of our hospital, we assigned the strategy of upgrading the key disciplines of our hospital on the basis of ever practice, and systematically discussed the attitudes, and measures. Secondly, we tried our efforts to guarantee that the strategy could proceed well, Thirdly, we emphasized the characters of our key disciplines to ensure that our strategy was coped with higher technical features. Fourthly, we also strengthen our team to ensure that we have plenty of stamina in upgrading our key disciplines.
