本文介绍了某区引入并实践绩效管理的过程、体系架构的设计、取得的效果与体会。以期通过对照比较,为卫生行政部门建立区域性医院绩效管理机制提供借鉴。
Those were discussed about the course of introducing performance management into military hospitals, the design of the system and the effects which would provide reference for administration department to establish regional performance management mechanism.
