本文介绍了依法治院以德行医的具体做法:依法行医与以德服务并举,依法管人与以德感人并行,依法严治院与以德酿和谐并施,优化了医疗质量,增强了为部队服务的保障实力。
The measures were discussed to manage hospital according to law and provide service according to moral which would improve service qualities and enhance support abilities for the troop.
