摘要
根据伤病员海上后送的特点,提出伤病员海上后送的主要运输工具的分配网络模型。该模型可根据战时伤病员流发生的规律和变化,设定伤病员运输航线和进行方案调整,为战时设定合理后送伤病员的航线提供理论依据。
According the characters of evacuation in the sea, the assignment net model of resources on the ships should be established to adjust the transport plan based on the changes of the sick and wounded flow.
