当前我国医患关系的伦理学思考

Ethnics Thought to Present Relations in Doctors and Patients

从伦理学的角度对当今医患关系的现状变化和影响医患关系的因素进行了分析,认为当前存在着医患关系"人机化"、医患互动"经济化"、医患要求"多元化"、医患关系调节方式"法制化"四个趋势,影响医患关系的主要因素体现在医患的医疗观、医患的道德修养和医院管理三个方面,提出应从经济利益和社会效益之间的关系、以病人为中心和医院同行间的关系入手,处理好当前医患关系,构建和谐社会。

From ethnics angle, the author analyzed the status quo of present relations in doctors and patients and influence factors, then proposed that there would be four trends in the relations. Based on the trend and the influence factors, we should deal with the relations nicely to construct harmonious society.
