摘要
从罗汉果的新鲜果实中提取分离出一种非三萜葡萄糖甙的甜味成分,经化学和光谱测定鉴定为D-甘露醇。
A sweet constituent has been firsttime isolated from fresh fruits of Louhanguo and it was identified as D-mannitol by chemical and spectroscopic analysis evidence.
