摘要
调查发现:失地妇女在求职中采取了制度化与非制度化两种途径,她们的求职观念保守,不愿外出就业,也不愿吃苦。而当地政府与失地妇女之间缺乏良性互动、失地妇女获得职业的制度环境的缺失和自身能力的低下是造成失地妇女职业获得困难的原因。当地政府在制定和实施制度、政策时应充分考虑失地妇女的主体地位,为失地妇女营造良好的生存和发展环境。
The survey finds: women who lost lands seek jobs by institutionalized and non - institutionalized ways. They are conservative on career; they are not willing to go out to work and endure hardships. The lack of interactive cooperation between the local government and the land - losing females, the absence of institutions and their low abilities are the reasons why it is difficult for women to look for a job. The local government should take flail account of women' s dominant position when formulating and carrying out policies, creating a good environment for women' s subsistence and development.
