冠心病患者血清胆红素水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨血清胆红素水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度的关系。方法:观察268例行冠状动脉造影术的患者,按冠状动脉造影结果将患者分为冠脉正常组78例;冠心病组190例。冠心病组根据冠状动脉受累的主要支数分为单支病变组68例、双支病变组56例、多支病变组66例。同时测定血清胆红素及各项生化指标。冠状动脉狭窄程度用冠状动脉病变支数和冠状动脉狭窄计分表示。结果:冠心病组血清胆红素水平明显低于对照组(p<0.01),并且随着病变严重程度的加重,血清胆红素水平逐渐降低(p<0.01)。血清胆红素水平与冠状动脉狭窄计分呈显著负相关。结论:血清胆红素水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度呈显著负相关,是冠心病的独立危险因素。 Objective: To explore the association of serum bilirubin with coronary artery narrow degree. Methods: 268 patients underwent coronary angiography were observed. The patients were divided into coronary artery normal group (78) and coronary artery disease group (190) according to the result of coronary angiography. In terms of the number of narrowed coronary artery, patients were divided into single -branch lesions (68), double - branch lesions (56) and triple - branch lesions (66). At the same time, patients serum bilirubin and biochemical findings were measured by routine assay. The degree of coronary artery disease was denoted with the coronary number of stenosis and the score of coronary artery stenosis. Results: The serum bilirubin in coronary artery disease group were significantly lower than those in control group(p 〈 0.01 ). Those with lower bilirubin levels showed a more severe of coronary atherogenesis(p 〈 0.01 ). The serum bilirubin was negatively correlated with the score of coronary artery stenosis. Conclusion: The serum bilirubin was negatively correlated with coronary artery narrow degree. The low serum bilirubin concentration is an independent risk factor of coronary artery disease.
