摘要
研究了灵武长枣在贮藏期经不同质量浓度臭氧处理的品质变化.结果表明,臭氧质量浓度为100μg.L-1的处理为好,该处理能有效地减缓枣果含酸量的下降速率和还原糖含量的变化,较好地保持VC含量,枣果贮藏90 d硬果率50%,商品果率95.3%.
The effects of different concentrations of ozone on the storage quality of Lingwu long jujube were studied in this paper. The result showed that the treatment with 100 μg · L^-1 ozone could remarkably degrade the changes of acid content and reduce sugar content, preferably reserve vitamin C. The percent age of hard fruit was 50% and accepted fruit was 95.3% after 90 days storage.
