摘要
溜槽作为上下工序间皮带运输机的中转设施,其结构形式不同将直接影响物料的输送。水钢煤焦化分公司备煤车间在生产过程中通过不断的探索与实践,在新6号皮带溜槽上采用双曲线结构形式的溜槽对原溜槽进行了改造,收到良好的效果,很好地解决了物料在皮带运输过程中溜槽内挂料、堵塞问题。
The belt chute is change trains of belt conveyor, and its structure affect the quality of materiel transmission, the company reconstructed 6 # belt chute by applying the hyperbola structure and settled jam problem and so on.
