Rhetoric is a necessary way to express ideas and thought exactly. The using of rhetoric is concerned with topics and contexts as well as the writer＇s expression ways. Suitable rhetorical methods will make the exposition of topics and contexts exact, clear and vivid. Topics and contexts determine the ways of rhetoric using while various rhetorical skills are ways of context developing, i.e. content decides the form; the form serves the content.
