摘要
民主法治既是和谐社会的要求,也是和谐社会的保护神。和谐社会需要良法治国。良法的内容在于大众道德,其程序价值在于民主。我国的法制建设在实现民主上存在一些问题,克服这些问题是我们建立和谐社会的基础。
Democratic rule by law is not only the demand of a harmonious society, but also the protection of it. The harmonious society needs good laws for governing the state. The content of good laws lies in the mass moral and its value in democracy.
