摘要
近红外光谱(NIR)分析技术作为一种快速、无损的新型检测技术,在农业与食品等研究领域获得越来越广泛的应用。阐述了近红外光谱分析技术的发展、特点和原理,以及该技术在农产品、果蔬、肉制品、奶制品等方面的应用,并对以后进一步的研究进行了展望。
As a fast high efficiency and non-destructive new analytical technique, NIR (Near infrared spectroscopy) has been widely used in foods and other fields. In this paper, the development, merits, principle and application in farm products, garden spgarden stuff, meat products and milk products of NIR were discussed, and the futher study of this technique was previewed.
