摘要
宁夏苹果含酸量高,适合浓缩苹果汁的加工与生产,属全国苹果原料生产的最佳适生区。宁夏现有苹果栽培面积2.3万hm2,产量30万t,现有加工果汁能力60万t,随着苹果商品果价格的回升,种植效益显著提高,论述了促进宁夏苹果产业的健康快速发展的对策。
Ningxia is the best district to produce apple which have higher acid. Ningxia apple is fits to produce condense fruit juice. The area of apple is 23 000 ha. and the yield is 300 1300 tons in Ningxia. The ability of producing syrup is 600 000 tons. The economy benefit of apple is increasing obviously along the price rise. This text point out the developing measure which can speed healthily and quickly after investigated and analyzed in Ningxia.
