摘要
介绍了新疆吐鲁番无核绿色葡萄干生物溶剂精加工技术中试与示范项目的中试情况。通过对绿色葡萄干原料预选、生物溶剂清洗、干燥、杀菌、包装、检验和贮存各个关键加工环节的试验,改进了无核绿色葡萄干生物溶剂精加工工艺。
This text according to the implementation of the project mid-experiment and demonstration of finishing technology in seedless green Turfan raisin with organic solvents, checking and reserveing, have improved the technology of seedless green raisin, by means of raw material selecting, washing with organic solvents, drying, sterilizing, packaging.
