考虑摩擦和柔性的机构运动参数模糊动态可靠性分析

摘要 因摩擦和柔性的影响,柔性机构运动参数为高度非线性,极限状态方程具有模糊性。为了进行动态可靠性分析,提出了柔性机构模糊响应的动态可靠性分析方法。在多柔体系统动力学分析的基础上,利用人工神经网络方法计算柔性机构模糊随机动态响应的分布特性。根据可靠性要求,计算出模糊动态可靠度。结合空间站柔性展开机构实例进行分析和计算,取得了很好的结果,为柔性机构可靠性分析提供了一种新方法。 When considered the influences of friction and flexibleness, the characteristics of kinematical parameters of mechanism are highly nonlinear, the responses limit state equation of kinematical parameters is fuzzy. For the purpose of dynamical reliability research, an analysis method of fuzzy dynamical responses was presented. Based on flexible multi-body dynamics, artificial neural network was applied to generate distribution of stochastic responses. Fuzzy dynamical reliability was gained when reliability requirements were given. A flexible mechanism of space station was employed to test this method. Better results were gained. The approach provides a new way for flexible mechanism reliability analysis.
