表面修饰纳米铜添加剂与硫化烯烃棉籽油复合效应研究

摘要 利用四球试验机研究了润滑油纳米铜添加剂与硫化烯烃棉籽油复配体系的摩擦学性能。结果表明,2种添加剂都具有良好的抗磨减摩性能。在试验添加量范围内,润滑油纳米铜添加剂与硫化烯烃棉籽油复配体系具有一定的抗磨协合效果,且两者的添加量各为0.3%和1.5%(质量分数)时,复配体系抗磨协合效果最佳。采用现代表面分析技术对最佳复配润滑体系钢球磨斑表面的形貌和表面膜的元素组成进行了分析,推断其摩擦表面上由金属Cu形成的沉积膜和S、P等元素形成的化学反应膜共同组成复合表面膜,使复配润滑体系呈现良好的摩擦学协合效果。 Four-ball machine tests were performed to study the synergetic effects of Cu nanoparticle and sulfurized olefin cotton oil. The results show two kings of additives have excellent antiwear and antifriction performance in definite extension of concention. Synergetic system of Cu nanoparticle and sulfurized olefin cotton oil has synergetic effect of tribological properties. When the mass fraction of two kinds of additives is 0. 3% and 1.5% respectively, antiwear and friction-reducing performance of synergetic is the best. Surface appearance of the steel-ball friction blotch and elements composition of sur- face film in the best synergetic lubrication system were analynized by the modern surface analysis technology. The deposition film of metal Cu and the chemical reaction film of several elements containing S, P form the synergetic surface film together,which contributes to the excellent antiwear and friction-reducing performances of synergetic effect.
