胶乳抄取无石棉混杂纤维增强密封复合材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用胶乳抄取工艺,选用混杂纤维替代石棉纤维,制备了新型无石棉密封复合材料。对不同配方的抄取密封材料进行了SEM分析及抗拉强度、烧失率、密度等性能的测试与分析。结果表明:芳纶浆粕对拉伸强度的影响很大,聚酯纤维对无石棉胶乳抄取纸的增强效果不如芳纶浆粕。胶乳及芳纶浆粕对烧失率的影响较大,填料对烧失率影响较小,但有利于提高耐热性能。聚酯纤维配合填料的耐热性能比用芳纶浆粕高。得到的无石棉胶乳抄取纸的主要性能达到了预定的性能指标,且达到了石棉抄取纸的性能,可以用于替代石棉抄取纸。 The inorganic fiber, together with polyester fiber and aramid alpha pulp at some ratio was chosen, to instead asbestos. Adopted the beater-addition process, the preferable material composition and the techniques condition were obtained. The product' s tensile strength, ignition loss and density were tested and analyzed. The results show that compare to polyester fiber, the aramid alpha pulp is better to affect tensile strength. Latex and aramid alpha pulp are the most important ingredient to affect ignition loss;filler is helpful to heat resistant quality;and compare to aramid alpha pulp, polyester fiber is more favor to improve product' s heat resistant quality. Contrasted with asbestos paper, the results indicate that manufactured non-asbestos paper reached the prospective performance criteria. The results also express the manufactured non-asbestos paper could substitute conventional asbestos paper.
