摘要
采用数值分析方法研究了重型机械装备中扇形推力轴瓦的润滑性能问题,计算了单个扇形推力轴瓦瓦面的油膜形状性能、油膜压力和油膜温度的分布规律,以及功率损失和流量等参数。对不同工况下扇形推力轴瓦润滑参数进行计算,可以实现扇形推力轴瓦润滑性能的预报,计算结果可供扇形推力轴瓦设计和润滑性能研究作参考。
The lubricating characteristic problems of sector thrust bearing pad in many heavy mechanical applications were studied by numerical analysis method, and the situation characteristics of oil film, pressure of oil film, temperature distribution rule of oil film, value of power loss and lubricant mass flow of each pad were computed. The result shows that the method can compute lubrication parameters of sector thrust bearing pad under the different working conditions, realize prediction of lubricating characteristics of sector thrust bearing pad, and it provides reference for actual design and performance study.
