基于DAQ卡的数字化货油舱温度检测、报警及控制系统研究

Research of Temperature Survey,Alarm and Control System on Oil Tank Based on Card of DAQ

为解决油轮货油舱温度监控问题,文章给出了基于DAQ卡的数字化货油舱温度检测、报警及控制系统,详细描述了系统的组成、功能及软硬件的实现方法。在该系统中,DAQ卡对货油舱温度信息进行采集,主程序把采集到的温度与设定的报警温度比对,达到报警温度时,系统报警并通过DAQ卡的模拟输出控制电磁阀动作,实现了货油舱集中温度显示、报警和控制管理。

A temperature survey, alarm and control system on oil tank based on card of DAQ is presented in order to improve surveillance and control of temperature of oil tank. The structures and functions, both hardware and software, are given. In this system, the card of DAQ takes charge of the temperature examination, compares the tank＇s temperature with alarm temperature, begins to alarm and opens electric magnetic valve when the tank＇s temperature reaches above alarm temperature.
