摘要
文章通过分析反思性教学发展的历史背景,阐述了反思性教学的内涵以及它对航海专业教师队伍建设的意义,说明了反思性教学的主要运用手段,具体解释了运用反思性教学发展教师专业的过程。
According to the analysis of the background of the development of reflective teaching, this paper elaborates the content of reflective teaching, its significance to maritime teachers＇ development. It also explains the main methods of reflective teaching and the process of teachers＇ professional development by reflective teaching.
