高职院校人才培养水平评估与档案的关系

On Relations between the Evaluation of Students Fosterage Profiles and Archives Keeping in Higher Vocational Colleges

文章结合参与迎接高职院校人才培养水平评估活动和档案登记工作的实际,分析档案管理的重要意义及管理中存在的问题,指出高职院校人才培养水平评估与档案的关系是密不可分的,一方面人才培养水平评估依靠学校档案;另一方面人才培养水平评估又促进学校档案的建设与发展。二者相辅相成,相互促进。

There is no denying that the evaluation of students fosterage profiles is closely connected with archives keeping in that the evaluation depends upon archives keeping and in turn, contributes to the construction and improvement of archives keeping. On the one hand, archives, a resource of information for the evaluation work, serve as an effective yardstick for the panel of experts who are to carry out the evaluation processes.On the other hand, the evaluation can provide a favorable platform to intensify the awareness of the importance of archives in the eyes of the leadership and faculty at any level.
