摘要
根据再生骨料的特点,对基于自由水灰比再生混凝土的配合比设计进行研究.首先以再生骨料饱和面干状态为基准,确定再生粗骨料的有效吸水量,在拌和混凝土之前将这部分用水量加到再生骨料中;再参照普通混凝土配合比设计方法,通过试验数据处理确定再生粗骨料对应的回归系数,目的是准确地计算适合出再生粗骨料+天然砂混凝土的自由水灰比;最后总结归纳基于自由水灰比的再生混凝土初步配合比设计步骤,为实际工程应用作参考.
We studied, according to the characteristic of recycled aggregate, the mixture proportion design of recycled concrete on the basis of free water cement ratio. First, we calculated the effective water absorbing capacity of recycled coarse aggregate on the basis of aggregate' s saturated dry surface. The part of water consumption is thrown into recycled aggregate before mixing concrete. Secondly, by referring to the method of ordinary concrete mixture ratio design, we estimated the regression coefficients with respect to the recycled coarse aggregate through geotechnical and experiment, so as to be more veracious in calculating free water cement ratio for adapting the concrete with recycled coarse aggregate and natural sands free water cement ~ Finally, we made a summary of the designing steps for recycled concrete mixture ratio on the basis of ratio, hoping that it would be of some reference value.
