摘要
对我国高水平田径运动员的竞技状态提高与保持做了较为全面的分析:训练是提高运动员竞技状态最重要的途径,运动训练全过程是由直接和间接影响因素所构成的复杂的多层次系统,随着运动水平的不断提高,两因素间的联系更密切,所起的作用更趋均衡.赛前训练阶段中的负荷、方法及比赛三者之间的有机结合是能否达到最佳竞技状态的关键.
Through an analysis of the documents regarding the super athletes in the People' s Republic of China, we find that training is the primary means for keeping their performance levels. The process of training is very complicated, involving both external and internal factors. As the level of performance improves, the interaction between the two becomes all the more important. The load of exercises prior to the competition, the method of training and the particular state in the competition are key to good performance in the competition.
