液压升降式航炮工作台的设计

摘要 为了安全、快捷、省力地修理、安装航炮,利用连杆机构,液压原理,通过受力分析,强度计算,设计出可升降的航炮工作车.打开油路的截止阀,工作台在重力作用下自然下降,而通过手摇泵产生动力推动升降机构上升,使工作台可以停留在任意高度上.结果表明该工作台使用性能完全符合用户需求,可广泛应用于各类航炮的修理、安装中. In order to fix and repair the aerogun safely, quickly and labor-sparingly, the work pedestal is desingned to ascend and descend by employing the connecting rod mechanism and hydraulic pressure principle to analyze the force, strengthening calculation. When opening the closing valve of oil circuit, the worktable descends naturally due to the gravity. However, if the motion created by rotuting the pump pushes the elevator machine to rise, the work pedestal can stay at any position. The results show that the capabilities of the work pedestal meet the customer" needs completely, and can be applied widely in the installation and maintenance of various aeroguns.
