摘要
建筑物冷热电联产系统是通过建筑物中制冷、制热、低品位热能回收利用和热量储存等多个不同的能量转换和能量运行系统进行联动控制,以实现能源高效率利用.分别给出了夏季和冬季运行联动控制方案,以及吸收式冷温水机的冷却水回收利用控制策略.工程案例表明,某大楼中央空调系统改造并运行1年,采用板式换热器、水源热泵机组与智能控制器相结合,有效地利用具有低位热能的冷却水,实现冷却水输出总量减排30%-50%,系统节能40%-50%.
The power generation system used in building for cooling and heating works by combined control through several different energy transforming and running systems to cycle and store heat energy, for efficient utilization of energy. The combined control is designed for both summer and winter and the control strategy for cycling by the cooling water through absorbing chillers. A case is shown that by combined use of plate heat exchanger, water source heat pumps and intelligent controller, the central air conditioning system in a building is transformed for one year, the total decrease amount of the cooling water by 30% - 50% and conservation of energy by 40% - 50%.
