在分析影响维护高校稳定工作的主要因素的基础上,提出了切实做好维护高校稳定工作的主要措施:突出重点,排查隐患,及时防控事件;强化教育,坚持一、二课堂同时抓,坚持教育与管理相结合,坚持解决思想心理问题与解决实际问题相结合;强化治安,做好校园的治安稳定工作;坚定不移,反邪教反渗透,切实增强政治鉴别力和敏锐性,严密防范境内外敌对势力对高校的渗透破坏活动;关注网络,继续推进思想政治教育工作进网络,提高校园网络文化产品和服务的供给能力,加强校园网上思想舆论阵地建设。

On the basis of analyzing the major factors that influence the maintenance of the stability of colleges and universities, the principle measures to actually do the work well are put forward： to emphasize key points, investigate hidden troubles, control the incidents on time; to strengthen education, carry out the No. 1 and No. 2 lessons together, combine education with administration and solving psychological problems with practical problems; to reinforce public security, and stabilize the security work on campus; be determined to reverse evil cults and osmosis, actually improve political resolving power and sensitivity, and strictly keep away the osmosis of internal and external hostile forces; to keep an eye on the internet, continue to push the entrance of ideological and political education work into network, improve the service and provision ability of campus net culture product, and strengthen the construction of the position of ideology and public opinion.
