高校学生社团发展中存在的主要问题及对策

Study on the Main Problems in the Development of University Students' Association and Corresponding Strategies

学生社团活动是实现素质教育的重要途径和有效方式,是思想政治教育的重要补充,在推进校园文化建设、提高学生综合素质等方面发挥着重要的作用。当前高校学生社团建设、发展中存在的主要问题是:结构不合理,发展不均衡;缺乏专业指导,活动品位待提高;活动所受限制较多,物质条件匮乏;管理制度不完善,社团内部秩序较混乱;社团管理体制不健全;继承与发展不够,社团发展缺乏可持续性等等。提出了解决这些问题的方法与对策:高校党团组织应高度重视大学生社团建设;要形成社团建设和发展的良性管理机制;加大对学生社团的扶持力度,优化学生社团发展的外部环境;重视社团管理的骨干队伍建设;改善社团结构,分类引导;搭建平台,建立活动机制,创建品牌活动等。

Activities of students＇ associations is an important way and an effective approach to the realization of quality-oriented education, and it is an important supplement for students＇ ideology and the politics. It can promote college culture, students＇ comprehensive quality, etc. This paper analyzes the main problems in the development of university students＇ association, such as the unreasonable structure and the imbalanced development, deficiency of the professional guidance and activity tastes waiting on more, activities facing more limits and material conditions being shortage, the faultiness of management institution and the confusion in the internal of students＇ association, the mismatch of management system, and lacking of inheritance and development as well as sustainabillty. Based on the above-mentioned problems, the paper proposes some corresponding strategies and methods. More specific, the group of the party and the league should pay more attention to the building of university students＇ associations; the perfect management mechanism should be set up for the building and development of associations; students＇ associations should be more supported and the extemal environment of their should be optimized; the construction of associations＇ backbone team should be valued; associations＇ structure should be improved and the classified guidance should be introduced; and by establishing platform, activity mechanism should be set up and some brand activities should be produced.
