摘要
目前我国中低收入阶层住房短缺,产业工人的工资和居住费用脱节,之所以形成这种局面,主要是我国房地产上涨的最大动力来源于投资性购房。论文分析了我国房地产现状及应对策略,提出了住宅流通体制的总体思路。
At the present time, the people with middle and low income are lack of houses. Industrialists can＇ t afford their house by their salaries. The reason of this complexion is that the largest force of the estate comes from investment purchase of house. The author analyzed the current situation of real estate industry in China, and brought forward total concepts of housing circulation system.
