摘要
基于均衡供给的煤炭企业供应链是将前端的资源波动、质量波动、生产波动、运输波动进行有效的管理,通过供应链的运行转化为稳定的产品输出,能够在一定的时间以合适的质量和合适的价格运送到客户方。从功能特征上看,煤炭供应链管理的目的是实现客户均衡、煤炭质量均衡和数量均衡;从结构特征看,煤炭企业供应链具有实体结构稳定、长链和短链共存、工艺相关性等特点;从信息协调特征看,煤炭企业供应链具有多解耦点、非信息协调难度大等特征。
The even coal supply chain is the effective management of the fluctuation of resources, quality, manufacture, transportation, etc. Through the operation of supply chain, steady output is prouduced. At the right time, it can be sent to customers with the right price and optimum quality. From the perspective of function, the aim of coal supply chain management is to ensure balanced customers, balanced coal quality and quantity. From the perspective of structure, coal supply chain has steady entity structure, long chain coexisting with short chain, related techniques, etc. From the perspective of information coordination, coal supply chain has multiple-decouplting point, great difficulty in non-information coordination.
