摘要
^(60)Coγ射线对天宝香蕉试管芽的辐照试验结果表明：供试试管芽材料因大小不同对^(60)Coγ射线所表现的敏感性有明显的差异．其中以2．0-5．0mml／2纵切芽体最敏感，其次是2．0-5．0mm芽，而5．0～10．0mm芽最不敏感，它们的半致死剂量（LD_(50)）分别是49．299Gy、57．431Gy和68．191Gy。^(60)Coγ射线对供试试管芽的生长量和芽增殖数有明显的影响，其严重度与剂量水平成负相关。它们的相关系数（r）分别为-0．879，-0．906。
The experimental result of the irradiation of 60Co gamma ray to "Tianbao Banana" showedthat the sensitivities of tube-buds the diferent size to 60Co gamma ray were quite discrepant, of which thelongitudinally dissected tube-buds of 2. 0-5 .0 mm were the most sensitive, the 2.0-5. 0 mm budswere the next and the 5.0-10.0 mm buds had the laest sensitivity. Their semi-lethal doses were49 .299Gy, 57. 431Gy and 68. 191Gy respetivdy. The growth weight and proliferation quantity of experimental tube-buds after irradiation had obvious negative correlation to dose leves. Their rdative coefficents(r) were-0 .879 and-0. 906 respectively.
