WZX-3型微机转速信号装置的设计

Design of WZX-3 Rotating Speed Signal Device Based on Microcontroller

主要在介绍目前电机转速信号测量的方法的基础上提出WZX-3型微机转速信号装置的设计方案,接着详细介绍了WZX-3型微机转速信号装置硬件和软件设计,以及该装置的特色。采用AT89S52单片机做微处理器的转速信号装置,能够显示转速、频率、百分比、极对数等重要参数,并能根据转速百分比对发电机进行控制,装置还有记录最大转速和清除最大转速的功能,在软件上还进行了滤波处理。

This paper introduces some methods of measuring generator rotating speed first of all,and then it brought forward the design scheme of WZX-3 Rotating Speed Signal Device.It details the hardware and software design of the device.WZX-3 Rotating Speed Signal Device is a kind of Rotating Speed Signal Device based on AT89S52 Microcontroller,can control the generator by judging the percentage.The device can memorize the maximum rotating speed and the user also can clear it. Filtering is handled in the software design.
