糖调节受损人群健康教育一年后转为正常血糖者的影响因素研究

Factor analysis of impaired glucose regulation reversing to normal glycemia following one year's health education

用2003年美国糖尿病学会的糖尿病诊断标准,分析健康教育1年后糖调节受损人群向正常血糖的转归及其影响因素。结果显示,糖调节异常的逆转与胰岛分泌功能及胰岛素抵抗的改善具有一致性;空腹血糖、胰岛素、甘油三酯、腰围、胰岛β细胞功能及胰岛素抵抗均是影响糖调节受损人群逆转为正常血糖的因素。

[ Summary] The outcome and influencing factors in the reversion of impaired glucose regulation （IGR） to normal glycemia （NG） after health education for one year were analyzed by the criterion of American Diabetes Association 2003. The results showed that the improvement of glucose regulation well accorded with the improvement of insulin resistance and islet β-cell function. Fasting plasma glucose, fasting insulin, triglycerides, insulin resistance and islet β-cell function were the influencing factors for the reversion of IGR to NG.
