摘要 建立大体积直接进样离子色谱法测定饮用水中痕量无机消毒副产物溴酸盐和4种常见的阴离子。采用Ion Pac AS9-HC阴离子色谱柱,以8 mmol/LNa2CO3+2 mmol/LNaOH为淋洗液,进样体积240μL,流速为0.25 mL/min,在30 min内可以有效测定溴酸盐。溴酸盐的检出限为1.86μg/L,加标回收率为89.5%~110.2%。 A novel method was developed for the determination of bromate in drinking water by ion chromatography with large volume direct injection. With a high capacity anion exchange column , IonPac AS9-HC column , and 8 mmol/L Na2CO3+2 mmol/LNaOH as eluent, the bromate could be well separated with other anions and determined within 30 mins with a flow rate of 0.25mL/min.A 240 μL sample loop was used. The detection limits for bromate was 1.86 μg/L. The recoveries of the method for bromate was between 89.5%-110.2%.
