摘要
用不同配比的羽叶决明栽培料栽培鸡腿菇,测定其子实体中的脂肪酸含量,发现均含有肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸和十四碳酸等6种脂肪酸,其中亚油酸含量最高,油酸含量差别较大。
Six fatty acids, myristic, palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic and tetracosanoic acid, were detected in fruit bodies of Coprinus comatus cultivated on Chamaecrasta nictitans substrates containing different C : N ratios. Fruit bodies cultivated under all the C : N regimes contained high levels of linoleic acid. However, the C : N ratio had little effect on the levels of the different fatty acids except in the case of oleic acid where some variations were observed.
