摘要
简要介绍有限元强度计算和模态分析的相关理论,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立地铁动车不锈钢车体结构的有限元分析模型,确定有限元模型的计算载荷和评定标准,计算车体在给定工况下的静强度,以及整备状态下的固有频率和振型。结果表明,车体静强度及刚度在各运用工况下都能满足相关标准要求。
Theories about stress analysis and modal analysis by finite element method were outlined. Finite element analysis model for the stainless steel metro motor car body structure was established by using the software ANSYS. With the specified load and evaluation criteria fixed, the static strength under given working conditions as well as natural frequencies and vibration forms of the car body in preparation condition were calculated. Results indicated that the static strength and rigidity of the car can satisfy the technical specifications under each working condition.
