摘要
自20世纪80年代末,国外学者就开始陆续关注债务合约及其约束条件对企业债务融资与产品市场竞争互动关系的影响问题。对该领域国外相关研究与最新成果进行归纳和述评,以期为国内资本结构理论相关研究提供参考。
Since the end of 1980s, foreign scholars have paid attention to the influence of inter- active relationships between debt contracts and its constraints to debt financing and product market competition. The authors aim to provide references to researches on domestic capital structure theory by summing up and giving remark on relative researches and the latest achievements abroad.
