基于高效差分敏度的连续体静动态形状优化

摘要 总结归纳了连续体形状优化中的敏度分析方法,提出了近似—差分的敏度求解策略。该策略通过近似重分析对扰动结构进行快速分析,运用差分法进行计算得到结构响应量敏度值,从而克服了差分敏度求解计算量大的缺点,同时在结构小扰动情况下可保证近似结果精度。以可动边界关键点的虚拟位移为设计变量,建立连续体静动态形状优化模型。考察了不同类型约束下的形状优化算例,结果表明,所提方法和模型具有可行性和通用性。 Some sensitivity analysis methods in continuum shape optimization were summarized. To overcome difficulty of high computational cost in difference sensitivity analysis, efficient derivatives were obtained using 'approximate-difference' strategy based on combined approximation method for static and mode analysis and accurate sensitivity was ensured under small disturbance. Virtual displacements of control points were selected as design variables, static and dynamic shape optimization model of continuum structure were constructed. Numerical examples were shown to demonstrate the feasibility and generality of the method and model nronosed
