摘要 一些与系统联系较弱的220kV变电站,经常出现由于220kV线路跳闸造成全站失压的情况,严重影响供电可靠性,为短时间内解决这一问题,河南省电力公司与北京四方公司合作研发了基于稳措平台的CSC264A数字式站间备自投装置,利用220kV变电站110kV系统联络线作为备用电源,实现两个220kV变电站之间的相互备用,该装置采用了多功能一体化设计,并利用光纤通讯技术实现了远方合闸、负荷实时自控等功能。该装置已在河南电网多个变电站投入运行,运行情况稳定。 Due to weak connection with main grid, some 220 kV substations often loss power supply by 220 kV lines tripping accidents, which endangers the power distribution reliability severely, In order to settle this problem , Henan Electric Power Company corporated with Beijiang Sifang Company to develop CSC264A digital automatic throw-in instrument based on stable procedures, which make two 220 kV substations backup each other by using 110 kV lines of 220 kV substation as connecting lines. As its multifunction all-in-one design, this instrument can realize remote close, real time load self-control functions by fiber communication technology. The instruments have been put into practice in several substations in Henan Power Grid, and operate stably.
