摘要
目的研究β-catenin和MMP-7在大肠癌的表达及其意义。方法应用原位杂交和免疫组化法检测β-catenin和MMP-7在正常黏膜、非瘤性息肉、腺瘤和大肠癌等4组不同大肠病变组织中的表达情况,分析其间的相互作用关系。结果β-catenin mRNA和蛋白以及MMP-7蛋白在大肠癌的发生过程中均有异常表达,β-catenin mRNA阳性强度高表达和β-catenin蛋白异位表达正相关,β-catenin蛋白的异位表达与MMP-7蛋白阳性表达正相关。结论β-catenin和MMP-7在腺瘤和大肠癌均有高表达,在大肠癌的发病过程中,它们相互作用,最终导致大肠癌的发生和发展。
Objective To investigate the abnormal expressions of β -catenin and MMP -7 in colorectal carcinoma. Methods Check the expressions of β - catenin mRNA with in situ hybridization, β -catenin and MMP -7 protein with immunohistochemistry in normal colorectal mucosa, non - tumorous polyps, adenomas and adenocarcinomas, and analyze their interacting relationship. Results The expression of β - catenin in mRNA/protein and MMP - 7 protein were higher in the generation and development of colorectal cancer, meanwhile the high expressions of β - catenin mRNA were positively correlated with the heterotopical expression of β - catenin protein and the heterotopical expression of β -catenin protein were positively correlated with the positive expressions of MMP -7 protein at the same time. Conclusion Due to high expressions of β -catenin in mRNA/protein and MMP -7 protein in adenomas and adenocarcinomas, and their interaction with each other makes carcinogenesis ultimately.
