脑出血患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶的动态变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)在脑出血患者的变化及其对预后的评估价值。方法脑出血患者30例,健康对照组25例,采用ELISA法检测发病第1、2、3、4、7、14d的血清NSE变化。结果脑出血组各时间明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05);血清NSE与脑出血量呈正相关(r=0.56,P<0.01)。结论血清NSE变化对判断脑出血量及预后有一定的临床价值。
