Using single-chip control and Power Line Carrier Technology, Online monitoring of key parameters of outdoors switch were realized, e. g. , gap offset, cylinder pressure, level of oil box, transition time, transition position, and motor current, etc. , which could provide valid reference for inspection and repair according to the state of electro-hydraulic switch machine.
