摘要
现代地下矿山的发展促使大型凿岩设备和出矿设备不断投入使用,同时造成采场出矿巷道及放矿口断面不断增大。实践证明,采场放出口矿岩散体速度分布和放出口尺寸对放矿结果有显著影响。根据放出口矿岩散体流动状态,分析了采场底部漏斗短溜井放矿及电耙出矿条件下的放出口矿岩散体流动速度分布,给出了放出口影响范围的估算式,揭示了放矿口对采场放矿的影响机理,对采场合理结构参数的确定具有指导意义。
The development of modern underground mine has promoted the continuous input and application of larger drilling and ore drawing equipment, which has in turn led to an increasing larger haulage drift and cross section of drawpoint. The practice shows that the flow velocity of bulk ore rock at the stope drawpoint and the dimensions of drawpoint have remarkable influence on the drawing effect. According to the state of bulk ore rock flow at the drawpoint, the velocity distribution of the bulk ore rock drawing by bottom funnel-short pass and scraper mucking is analyzed. The affecting mechanism of the drawpoint on the ore drawing is disclosed, which is of guidance significance to the determination of rational stope structural parameters.
