摘要
针对辽宁某菱镁矿石中主要杂质矿物是石英,且石英的嵌布粒度很细的特点,将矿石细磨到-200目占90%,以SE为捕收剂,在碱性条件下采用一次粗选一次精选的反浮选工艺流程,可以得到产率为73.31%,MgO品位为47.39%,SiO_2含量为0.28%的菱镁矿精矿。
In view that the main gangue of a Liaoning magnesite ore is quartz that has a very fine dissemination size, a reverse flotation flowsheet with one rougher and one cleaner in alkaline medium was adopted. The flotation was carried out at a ground fineness of 90% - 200 mesh using SE as the collector. A magnesite concentrate having a weight yield of 73.31% , an MgO grade of 47.39% and Si02 content of 0.28% was obtained.
