摘要 二羟基丙酮及其衍生物作为一种重要的化工、生化原料,在精细化工、制药、食品、化妆品工业和水质净化等方面潜在广泛的应用前景。本文介绍了近年来发酵法生产二羟基丙酮及其应用研究的进展,并对二羟基丙酮的应用前景进行了展望. Dihydroxy acetone and its derivatives are important chemical or biochemical materials, which have been widely applied in chemistry, pharmacy, food, cosmetic industry and purification of water. Dihydroxy acetone produced by fermentation methods were introduced in this paper.
