摘要
滤棒成型机在启动过程中存在头手棒滤棒重量偏轻,吸阻波动较大,达到稳定值需要时间较长,调整困难等问题,为此,设计了组合补偿头手棒质量方法应用于ZL26滤棒成型机,通过在启动阶段对供丝辊和甘油泵进行补偿,进而对滤棒吸阻和重量进行补偿。该方法使用后吸阻偏差由12Pa降低为≤8Pa,重量偏差由0.025g减少为0.014g,机组启动后吸阻达到稳定值所需时间由1.6min减少为<1min。
While starting, the filter rod maker churns out a number of filter rods with some defects, such as lighter individual weight, greater fluctuation of draw resistance, and it takes longer time to approach to normal conditions. For quality compensation, some measures were taken in ZL26 filter rod maker, by compensating tow feeding roll and plasticizer pump during the maker starting. The performance of the machine was thus improved. The deviation of draw resistance of the filter rods reduced from 12Pa to ≤8Pa, the weight deviation decreased from 0. 025g to 0. 014g, and the time needed to reach stable value after starting reduced from 1.6min to 1min.
