摘要
锦园五洲风情项目的地基条件复杂,地下水位过高,设计局部采用抗浮桩来抵抗过大的水浮力。为了满足建筑功能和造型的要求,通过设置加强后浇带、加强保水养护等措施解决了处理超长地下室的问题,用预应力结构配合钢结构来满足复杂建筑入口造型的要求。工程设计获中国现代优秀民族建筑综合金奖。其设计处理方法可供同类工程设计参考。
Engaging in the problem of the shallow ground water in the structural design of Jinyuan Commercial Building, antifloatage piles are partially used to resist the big buoyant force. The reinforced post-cast strip and water retentive curing are employed to slove the problem of super length underground structure. The presti:essed structure and the steel structure are integrated to satisfy the need of complicated building construction. These design methods are introduced as reference for the structural design of the building with the same conditions.
