摘要
通过对汇鑫IBC建筑采用立面开设通透大洞的复杂高层结构方案的优化设计,着重分析比较了工程重要部位5种局部结构方案对整体结构的周期、位移、层刚度比等指标、构件传力效果以及受力大小的影响关系,以便选用合理的结构方案,也为高烈度地区采用多层连体复杂高层结构方案的设计提供一定的参考。
Optimized design of Huixin IBC building is introduced. The scheme of the building is complicated because there is a big opening through the elevation of the building. The influence of five local structure schemes at key locations of the building on the period, displacement, ratio of stiffness between different stories, and effect of force transmission between components and magnitudes of forces on the components is analyzed. This will help engineers choose reasonable structure schemes on the basis of beneficial conclusions. It will also be a reference for design of complicated multi-storied tall building in high-intensity earthquake region.
