摘要
在西安黄土地区应用钻孔灌注桩后压浆技术,可以有效地提高单桩承载力,减小沉降。西安大东门商住楼综合大厦工程采用了后压浆技术,在不增加桩身长度的条件下,满足了柱、墙下设桩和承台的方案,取得了较好的效果。对后压浆施工前后的桩进行了系统检测,验证了其效果,为设计取得了直接资料。
The bearing capacity and settlement for the single pile can be improved efficiently using the post casting techniques for bored piles in loess area in Xi' an. The technique is adopted in a comercial residential engineering in Xi' an. The design of piles and pile caps under columns and walls is introduced and the effect is good. The supervision to piles before and after the post casting construction to verify the effect of the technique. Some results are got for the structural design.
