摘要
介绍SBS改性沥青卷材、PVC油膏和聚氨酯涂膜防水材料在上海三个住宅小区的应用,并详细比较了13年前后的使用状况,分析所产生的原因,从而得到防水材料的优劣评价。
Three kinds of waterproof materials including SBS modified asphalt waterproof coil, PVC ointment and polyurethane coating were adopted in residential district roofs of Shanghai. After thirteen years, the comparison on the usage of these waterproof materials is done and the reasons are analyzed. Thus, the advantage and disadvantage of three materials are gained.
